As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I were pretty clueless about the process. We found Hannah though a lender referral and wow -- talk about AMAZING luck! Hannah met with us the evening we contacted her to talk about the types of homes that interested us. She genuinely listened to what was important to us. That weekend, we went looking at homes and Hannah was incredibly honest about her thoughts on each home. We quickly found one we were ready to make an offer on. Not only did Hannah give us great advice about what offer the seller would potentially accept, but she also held our hand through the entire process! Our first offer on our dream home was accepted, and although the seller's agent was fishing for a bigger offer, Hannah put her foot down and the sellers accepted. THEN, she negotiated a 15k credit as the roof needed replacing. Hannah fought for us without pause and always made sure that we were not overlooked or getting the raw end of the deal. We feel SO fortunate to have been connected to her, she is a true professional with an awesome personality. She's real and the best realtor you could ever hope for. When it came time to move in, the sellers had not properly cleaned. Again, she helped us understand that this was not fair and that we would receive additional funding to cover cleaning costs. Also, Hannah came to the final walk-thru with the sweetest most thoughtful housewarming gifts for us. Go with Hannah as your realtor, and you will soon be referring her to friends and family looking to buy and sell with a realtor that will exceed your expectations at EVERY step. In purchasing our home, my wife and I ended up working with Red Oak Realty closely because they ended up representing both the buyer and seller. Brooke Korkut was our agent as we were looking, and she was nice, honest, and straight forward about the houses we were seeing, likely prices they would go to, and problems she saw. She was flexible and responsive with getting us viewings of places we wanted to see as well as places she had found for us. We were very pleased with our entire experience with Brooke. However, we ended up loving a house that Brooke was the selling agent for. At this point, in a very professional move which was handled very well and with no hiccups for us, she handed us off to Erin McGovern as we pursued the house. Erin was attentive, honest, and extremely warm and fun to work with. She led us through the entire process with great communication, extreme dedication when it was offer and counter offer time (all hours...), and follow through all the way to closing. Nothing went unexplained, no question unanswered, no deadline missed- Erin handled the process as a true professional. However, what we've really been impressed by is the way Erin and Brooke have both gone above and beyond the usual real estate agent duties. They have helped throw our closing day party for our families, they have gotten us house warming gifts that are truly thoughtful and wonderful, and they have both been so sincere and caring through the entirety. I would absolutely recommend either Brooke or Erin to anyone looking for a real estate agent in it for more than their own commission. They are both amazing at what they do.

Julie is an absolute gem! It is not possible to put into one review how great she really is -- I would give her 10 stars and then some. She is kind, honest, generous, and a total expert. Julie bent over backwards to guide my husband and me in our very first home buying experience and enabled us to close on our very first offer! She did what we thought might not be possible: got us in the perfect home at the right price point with time to spare before we have our baby! This is -- obviously -- a tremendous feat in the Bay Area. The process was smooth and very clear to us because of her patience and expertise. Julie went to openings with us, walked us through homes, and took the time to dive into disclosures and find issues that we would have never discovered on our own. For instance, she spotted that a home that we had our eye on was on a street above an empty lot. Upon her investigation, it turns out that a 3-story condo building was being built in that lot, which was a total no go for us. We would have never thought of that and she saved us from making a very poor purchasing decision. Her transparency and her skillset made us so comfortable (and happy!). Everyone loves her in my family -- my husband, my mom, and anyone else I tell about her. After closing, she has continued to support me in finding resources and guiding me in choosing design elements for the home. I am clueless in that area and her advice is gold! I would and will recommend Julie to anyone. Hire her!! You will not regret it.

We would never have thought we could buy a house or have been able to do so without Eve's advice, encouragement, and patience. She helped us figure out what we wanted and what we could get — and realize that they weren't nearly as far apart as we'd assumed.

Absolutely amazing experience with Brook Baird as my buyer real estate agent! Without a doubt, she goes above and beyond for her clients. I am a young first homebuyer and I needed a lot of questions answered. She was with me every step of the way, and always responded to my messages quickly. She made this buying experience so pleasant and shielded me from the headwinds that came from the seller. She even gifted some of her own commission toward our home warranty / home inspection expenses. That alone tells you about her kindness, sincerity, and character in making the buying experience wonderful. I couldn't have asked for any better! She should get a raise for the incredible value she brings to the table! Brook is the 5-star rockstar all homebuyers deserve!
